Good Hours, bad growth

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Amazing hours, can be rewarding work depends if you get the projects you'd like. Big profile tv shows and will be seen publicly. Very good work culture with amazing people.

Cons

Growth is nonexistent unless you are in the circle. Not a lot of opportunities even if you are proactive in trying. Senior executives, management and workers are completely disconnected, it's hard for a new employee to advance in ranks or get better pay.

Pros

- many resources to develop professionally - great culture - fun work

Cons

- low pay - hard to move up as a coordinator - given more work than one coordinator should handle - toxic employees aren’t dealt with

Pros

Some benefits are good- decent health insurance

Cons

Pay is low, even within the same industry it’s one of the lowest. Growth opportunities are minimal, you need to have a boss that will advocate for you. Seems like this company only cares about their own reputation instead of their employees’ well being
