Pros

A respected name in the media business.

Cons

—Job expectations are consistently changing and increasing, while the pay and title remain the same —No work-life balance due to job creep —Toxic leadership from the C-suite down —They pay my non-POC peers more than me despite having similar job experience —The company claims to want a diverse workforce, but a quick look around the office proves that inclusion is just words, not an action they genuinely care about prioritizing

Pros

Other EA's are wonderful people who are so helpful and care about helping each-other succeed.

Cons

There isn't any work-life-balance here. You are on call all the time as an Executive Assistant. No one ever takes lunch, can't even use the bathroom for fear of missing an urgent matter. Late working hours. You literally have no life! It is by far the worst place I've ever worked at!! Run! Don't get enticed by the wages they offer which is not worth it when working for C-Level executives!
