Pros

Very established company and mostly wonderful people. The benefits are great and they have a lot of perks that you don't get other places. There is a lot of internal opportunity, especially if you are willing to look at relocating, but particularly in NY and LA.

Cons

With a large enterprise approvals are extensive for most everything pertaining to your job. Extensive COVID-19 protocols as well which can feel very exclusive to employees who don't wish to get vaccinated. I also think there could be more flexibility with WFH as most companies have advanced their thinking and have been more flexible.

Pros

Good benefits. Lots of remote work.

Cons

Departments and leadership don't communicate with each other. Layoffs are common. Most staff are overworked.

Pros

Forward-facing, inclusive, thoughtful, functional culture measured annually by leaders in a survey they take to heart.

Cons

Harder and harder to compete with tech companies on pay, perks and upside.
