Pros

An amazing way to learn about the business of television from the inside out. You really have to surrender yourself and to the Program for a year, but (if you want to work in television) it's worth it.

Cons

The only way to make a livable wage is to plan on working 60+ hours a week so you can get overtime (time and a half).

Cons

Everyone is overworked Leadership has aggressive timelines for projects but doesn't provide proper resources to meet these milestones You cannot be successful at this company unless you work minimum 45-50 hours per week.

Good but could be great

Pros

Benefits are really good. Pay is decently competitive for industry standard. Occasionally you will see celebrities.

Cons

A lot of politics and very silo'd verticals. There is no cross over from one business to another. Each business unit is managed like a separate entity. This is not a warm, fostering, empowering culture like tech.
