Pros

- Decent compensation - Good benefits - holidays and vacation package help with work-life balance - Exciting projects in different business units

Cons

- Lack of PM driven culture in some business units - PM has limited power - PM bears 100% responsibility for ALL shortcomings - Some units are viewed as another ready to serve staff rather than real business enablers - Disconnect between senior management and PM staff

Pros

Good benefits, decent perks, good pay

Cons

Incredibly biased towards favored employees rather than meritocracy. Little opportunity for expansion. Siloed positions so individuals don't have broad skills needed to get other jobs.

Pros

NBCUniversal has a big array of business units that provide amazing work environments. The brand alone is strong should you want to work in entertainment

Cons

Choose the business unit wisely, there are some that do not provide a work life balance. There is a huge disconnect between leadership and the actual staff executing the work.
