Great Company - horrendous territory management

Regional management is excellent, strong company with competitive products. A great commercial bank. Corporate culture at the branch level is fantastic.

Cons

Ineffective and degrading territory management, violations of harassment policies by territory managers, consistent unethical behavior by territory management, poor pay and inability to maintain proper staffing levels across footprint.
