Pros

I worked as an intern for one summer with NBT Bank. Everyone there was very friendly and helped me become accustom to the environment. I had a great experience with NBT.

Cons

At times I felt distant from the team, but in retrospect I understand since I was only a temporary part of the team and was only there for a short period of time I was unable to build strong relationships.
