Pros
Flexibility in hours, but as the staff becomes smaller and smaller that is also changing. Great customer base.
Cons
Generally the benefits are good, except that I am part time and they keep me just under the full time thresh hold by less than one hour a week so I don't receive any and that seems quite unfair, given that I have been with them quite some time. I agree with a previous review that stated they were cutting staff, and that does make for poorer customer service as well as bad moral and upper management does seem oblivious to this. They are more concerned with sales goals then than they are in their employees. They are continuing to behave more and more like a corporate bank than a community bank and the customers are seeing this more and more.
