Professional development training was mandatory, good benefits offered.

Cons

Aggressively acquired companies where it was a hostile work environment. There were many required videos we were required to watch regularly on problems in the workplace.

The people I worked with were top notch, and always willing to help one another out.

Cons

At the time of my employment, remote training was not an option, so commuting to Norwich for 6 months was a bit of a hike. Albeit temporary and the promise of a position where I lived was fulfilled, the remote HQ location was difficult.
