There are numerous dedicated and hardworking employees within the organization. However, time is running out swiftly, and there may still be an opportunity to rectify the situation. Employee surveys reflect a growing frustration with the current leadership. This message is specifically directed towards the EMT and CEO: instead of constantly requesting feedback from us, it is essential that you come together and devise strategies to improve the situation. The lack of effective leadership lies squarely on your shoulders. Furthermore, the organization suffers from a shortage of qualified and competent directors and managers, as well as a lack of trust in their ability to manage their teams. The existing compensation structure fails to reward employees based on their tenure, with new hires and MDPs being paid more. Raises are inadequate to keep up with inflation, resulting in employees being underpaid compared to their counterparts in other organizations. The workload continues to increase without recognition or significant pay increases. Advancement within the company is solely dependent on senior management's favoritism, disregarding hard work, while conformity and sycophancy are encouraged. Independent thinking is discouraged, and micromanagement is pervasive. Despite employees successfully working remotely throughout the pandemic and ensuring the bank's operations continued smoothly, they are now deemed untrustworthy. The leadership is weak, and there is a cutthroat environment among the management team. Silos exist within every department, hindering effective collaboration.
