The interview process was quick and straightforward. I had an initial screening call with the Talent Partner, followed by a Teams interview with two Partners, and finally an interview with the Senior TA Manager. Everything has been fantastic. Everyone at NCC Group is incredibly welcoming and supportive. There’s always help available when you need it, but you’re also trusted to take ownership of your work and manage your days in a way that suits you best. The company’s values align closely with my own, they’re always looking for ways to improve, encourage fresh ideas, and support you in getting involved with additional projects. There are excellent career progression opportunities here. It genuinely feels like you can achieve whatever you set your sights on, with the right guidance and encouragement along the way. The flexible working arrangements have made a huge difference to my work-life balance, and it’s clear that this is not just allowed but actively encouraged.
