Some great people and incredible technical capabilities. Well known within the market.

Cons

The sales commission structure is without doubt the worse I've ever seen. Confusing, complicated and worse of all, commissions are removed from sales reps with no clear reason. Sales targets are made up. Senior leadership changes have taken place but unfortunately some still remain. No real vision or company values and it's very much a culture of dog eat dog! Every single decision is around cost! Bad benefits. Bad comp. Way behind many companies! I really feel for the good people that still remain!
