      Great people, good opportunities

      Pros

      It's a very warm environment, collaborative and energetic. The learning opportunities abound. People genuinely want to help out and socialize. There are ample opportunities to try something new and take on responsibilities. The pay and compensation are pretty good.

      Cons

      At times there can be some disorganization, however this can sometimes lead to interesting outcomes on engagements and new assignments.

      Management are always listening to employee feedback and constantly changing with the times to ensure the company is compelling to work for.

      Cons

      There are still many vacancies to be filled, so the workload is higher than it has been at times. Hopefully this'll be fixed soon.

      Good money but very traditional set up.

      Good money and a good brand.

      Cons

      old school set up and very quick at getting rid of staff based on performances with little support from management and limited career progression.
