      Pros

      - Onboarding was straight forward and supportive - Policies and values that align with my beliefs, protecting minority groups - Professional and knowledgeable team - Clear expectations and goals - Company provided equipment - Great manager - Good pay range for my role

      Cons

      - Honestly I don't have a con at the moment, at the end of the day its a job and it comes with the usual downsides, such as sometimes it can get busy and you need to get your head down to complete tasks.

      Great business which has gone through change

      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities within role for progression / promotions as well as L&D. Forward thinking business which has had to go through change. Great offices in Manchester City Centre. Supportive team and Manager. Seen an improvement on communication from senior leaders.

      Cons

      Some benefits could be better to be more competitive in the market. EG Pension, Maternity / Paternity
