      The people you work with are lovely and there will never be a dull day at work

      Salaries are far below average and are so varied throughout the business. Two people doing the same job could have a £3000 per year variance in salary

      Known name in the industry, lots of opportunities and support from management to progress within the company if you are serious about your career and progression. Some very talented colleagues across all the teams and overall a very good work environment, which is one of the key reasons for employees choosing to remain with the company.

      Very top heavy with management hence why simple decisions can sometimes take a lot of time to be signed off.
