      * Some of the consultants you work with are pleasant * nandos is across the road * loads of places to hide from your manager

      Cons

      * micro-management and treating you like a child * say anything to the senior management team and it will be used against you and put in your HR file! * only interested in selling and not providing enough time for delivery * general ethos, if you do something wrong, everyone will know! * expected to travel on Sunday * if you don't answer emails in your own time, you will have a nice email waiting for you from the director * senior management have not respect to their direct reports * you only get promoted depending on you friendly you are with the associate directors, nothing else. * CEO is only interested uploading pictures on Twitter about the traffic jams and complaining and airlines!

      Aggressive targets Lack of proper sick pay Too many people in the team that don't pull their weight and now the company is so big, they don't get found out like they would have before.
