Pros

Benefits were okay, and they're so lazy that it quickly turned into a remote position. That's it...

Cons

A group of friends, aka "managers," who think they can get away with doing little to no work while blaming the sales team. They'll ignore you and gaslight you until you give up. There is no accountability or training of any kind. My commission was always late and eventually cut in half multiple times.

Great Work life balance and great managers

Cons

Disconnect between higher ups and managers on how the teams should perform. Impossible expectations with little to no resources to attain their satisfaction.
