Nothing specific. NCC is a very large global entity that operates fairly well across different timezones and cultures.

Cons

Some areas of the business model are not functioning such as software testing, web performance and Escrow. Whilst Escrow has produced a steady income its money for old rope and needs to be factored out as it holds the business back and complicates the offering. It was certainly the most frustrating part of the business during my time.
