      Pros

      Extreme room for growth. Put in the work and you will be rewarded in regards to career progression and $$$

      Cons

      A lot of internal parts and extra steps needed when progressing through sales cycle with clients. Nothing completely out of the usual within sales org’s though.

      Pros

      Lively and friendly atmosphere at the headquarters in the XYZ building in Manchester, which is a lovely spacious and funky environment to work in. All voices heard and opinions valued in the engineering team when I was there. Quick to embrace new tech, and a wealth of subject matter experts in the pentest team to learn from.

      Cons

      Maintaining products can sometimes fall to one or two people, rather than a team of 3 or 4 which would better mitigate the risks of single person dependency.
