      Pros

      The rewards are there to be taken but they don't come easy. Flexible working culture that is diversifying as the business transitions to a more corporate outlook. Nice offices and some great hard-working and knowledgeable people around.

      Cons

      Insistent ambition to evolve the business quickly comes at the cost of the staff's health and wellbeing with quality being heavily compromised in favour of speed where internal improvement projects are concerned. Perception trumps reality and it seems a shame to not be making the most of the investment and opportunity the company is receiving. For every excellent colleague you will also find an equally ornamental one although less experienced management often seem to struggle telling the difference. To truly progress, you will need to sweat a little blood.

      If you like cold calling and make your own business than this is the place for you

      Cons

      I wouldn't go here if you have a Master's degree or anything similar, as I think it's just like any other regular sales job
