I've had a very positive experience since joining NCC Group this year, and I look forward to seeing where the future takes us. My work has been interesting and engaging so far, providing many opportunities to grow and learn. The Cheltenham office, in particular, is supportive, collaborative and inclusive, making it a great workplace. The people I work with are super talented and genuinely great to collaborate with, making our projects enjoyable. I've also had the opportunity to have conversations with various members of leadership, and it's clear from both those discussions and the changes I've seen so far that they are committed to improving the overall workplace and processes.
