      Good company, but not without it's problems.

      Pros

      Good breath of technical skills (if you can ever get access to these people). Fairly autonomous working style. Certain people on the management team are trying to improve things.

      Cons

      Lack of a 'team' mentality within the consulting team. Usual corporate politics/hierarchy can hinder things. Managers who very clearly have no desire to manage people/do a very poor job. Quite siloed teams. Too much focus on utilisation, and not enough on well-being/development Very poor pension.
