      A busy company - this is mainly a good thing but at points can become a con when everyone is too busy.

      It's an organization full of challenges, If you're up for it - this is where you should be.

      Pros

      Amazing team mates and clients Professional services team are mostly supportive. Global collaboration - colleagues around the world make time to help and work with each other.

      Cons

      The organization grew too quickly, we are constantly playing catch up on hiring new PS team members ( not really a con, I guess )

      Kind Colleagues, Enthusiastic and Fun Environment

      Pros

      It feels like an exciting time and it's a very fun environment. Everyone is kind and the culture is very collaborative. Everyone wants to get things done and are keen on trying new approaches. The experience that exists within the team is exceptional, I recommend just hearing some of their stories.

      Cons

      Not sure if this is a cop-out answer, but because of Sydney's lock down, some of the collaborations are a bit difficult.
