Pros

I have been around and this is the best company by far. From Sr. Management to the consultants, they are all highly intelligent, passionate about the company and work together like a family. This place is more of a family than work.

Cons

Like a family, there are some challenges however, they recognize the big picture and that is; being fair, mature and rewarding for hard work. It's not a 9 to 5 company. You need to live it however, if you do, you are in the best company in the world. Like anything, you get out, what you put in.

NCC offers a path for continued growth personally, professionally and most importantly…financially. This truly is a company where you can write your own paycheck with your hard work. There is a clear path for promotion including managerial opportunities if you are so inclined. They understand that your personal success is the company’s success and are open to improving the support system that is already in place in order for everyone to win. They are generous with spiffs and perks. There is definitely a work hard play hard mentality and environment.

Cons

If I was writing this review 2 years ago I would have said that the management staff was a con. However that has completely turned around and we now have great leadership and support. There is a level of turnover due to the job being more complex than the typical inside sales position. It simply isn’t a fit for everyone. We call on and work with all levels of organizations from entry level admins to C-level executives within multiple departments including procurement, IT, finance, and legal counsel. This is not an easy job and requires focus for the hours that you are working.

Cons

Very sales focused environment that is not forgiving to those who is not used to the environment.
