We did see that you mentioned that our benefits packages doesn't fulfill your needs and we appreciate your concerns. Our Human Resources team is continuing to review our full benefits package (including salary, bonus and benefits) to best suit our company. As for training our new hires, our comprehensive onboarding is very important to us as we want to provide the best transition for our new team members, our Human Resources team is always open to suggestions on how best to support our team. In terms of turnover, we thank you for bringing up this concern, while the global pandemic did cause for many changes within our industry we are dedicated to strengthening our company culture and connecting with all of our staff, thank you for joining us in this mission.
