      Pros

      - A friendly and open office, everyone wants to help each other - professionally and personally - Exposure to senior leadership at all levels and open communication - Global collaboration - there are lots of opportunities to work with other teams in global offices - It's a high growth company. It's exciting to be part of a division which is growing and creating new solutions/services for their clients and is also significantly increasing headcount across NA - You get the opportunity to work on projects that are outside of your usual remit allowing you to push yourself and learn new skills - A casual and relaxed dress code - Amazing benefits including healthcare, dental, 401k, PTO etc.

      Cons

      It can be challenging but if you like to push yourself and are big on personal development then you will definitely enjoy working here

      somewhat like a start up tech company, alot of young and friendly people.

      management is poorly and lack of guidance.

      Pros

      NCC Group provides amazing growth opportunities as long as you are proactive and willing to apply yourself. You are constantly put in a position to learn and expand your technical skills directly from the projects and tasks as well as from the people around you. They are also very supportive of research and training, allowing you to have some direct control over what you learn.

      Cons

      A pro for some, con for others: the environment is often fast pace with new projects every 2-3 weeks and sometimes no "free time" in between. Keeps you busy but constantly learning.
