Worst job I’ve ever had. Sinking ship

None that I can think of

Cons

RUN as far away as you can from NCC. Management is 100% to blame- there is no clear direction, horrendous communication, they lie constantly and make overnight decisions with little to no thought on the impact said decisions will have on people’s lives. Change is constant which makes it impossible to do the job I was hired to. All that matters to them is keeping shareholders happy. Such a toxic company, do NOT work here if you value your mental health.

Cons

Everything. Bullying, poor company culture, terrible management and awful strategy. I feel bad for anyone still working here.

Pros

Remote working and can work with great customers. That really is about it.

Cons

All management are hopeless. They lie, cannot give clear answers and have been asking staff to leave positive Glassdoor reviews. Selling off large parts of the business. Cares only for the shareholders. Management have a strange aggressive attitude towards it's own people.
