Benefits wise this is a great company. I do like my team and it's a nurturing environment.

Cons

Idk what to make of the pay strategy. We already can't compete with others money whipping our talent, then we lay off people. Concerned about what I should expect in the annual review, and what to ask for.

Exposed to many technologies and platforms. Great culture, and knowledgeable people that are willing to help.

Cons

Remote positions can lead to loss in culture. The more you move up the more responsibilities you gain leading to less time for learning and growth in a new area.
