Pros

Wfh as and when you like.

Cons

LOUSY employee retention package. Worked for 3 year and only got a 3% increment since I joined. Alway use the same tactics and tell you that there is a DEC or June salary review or promotion but when the time comes, the management will tell you that there is no promotion and increment entitled for you.

We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the flexibility of hybrid working. We understand how important work-life balance is and strive to provide options that support our employees' diverse needs. However, we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our employee retention package and the promotion process. We acknowledge that career growth and fair compensation are critical factors in employee satisfaction and retention, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in these areas. We take your feedback seriously and regularly review our pay review and promotions processes to ensure they are transparent, fair, and rewarding for all our employees.
