Pros

- Self Management, self driving - Flexibility - Extremely tech savvy and the company is extremely well recognized/respected in the industry.

Cons

- too much to learn as tech changes rapidly - being self managed also meant that you have to be more independent and creative in getting what you need

Poor Benefits, Toxic Culture, Lack of Presales Support, Overpriced non-competitive Services. Emotionally unbalanced bosses, not customer centric.

Great place to work

Pros

Started in Jan 24 and feel very welcomed into the team. Lots of room to progress and develop and everyone looks out for you. The team spirit is great and even though a lot of people work from home you don’t feel alone or disconnected plenty of communication.

I haven’t come across any cons yet.
