      Benefits are great. Team oriented. Provides great training. Positive work environment. Company encourages work life balance

      Cons

      Pays is less than average but the benefits make up for income. Nothing to say that is negative.

      zero micromanaging. Huge upside if you can get your work done.

      Cons

      Management seems to always be tied up. Tough to get 1:1 training and grow. Especially if you're new to cybersecurity.
