Great employees. Fun environment at times. Lots of fun activities.

Cons

Horrible management and leadership. There is no vision for the future or strong direction from leadership. No room for growth or a path to grow within company.

Pros

I started at NCC Group in the US straight out of college. It was a great place to develop my skills quickly and become very marketable.

Cons

Salaries across the board are lower in consulting than working in house. Management from overseas causes friction Employees are treated as replaceable commodities High turnover means it is difficult to develop meaningful relationships with co-workers
