My team are all supportive one another, picking each other up when needed and the culture is one of the things that is the biggest selling point. Great benefits also! Really excited with the plans for the remaining of the year and the long year objectives!

Pros

A very technical team, brilliant client list. People willing to share and give help. Lots of ambition and a strategy to be different. Not the big 4 or big tech consultancies. Good work life balance compared to some bigger companies.

Cons

Difficult to become part of a team as not a lot of connecting or office life. Some teams are a bit of a clique. Good comms but can be sparodic. More formal career development needed.
