None that I can think of

Cons

RUN as far away as you can from NCC. Management is 100% to blame- there is no clear direction, horrendous communication, they lie constantly and make overnight decisions with little to no thought on the impact said decisions will have on people’s lives. Change is constant which makes it impossible to do the job I was hired to. All that matters to them is keeping shareholders happy. Such a toxic company, do NOT work here if you value your mental health.

Pros

My time at NCC started off strong but quickly went downhill after the new CEO, and after the subsequent layoffs throughout 2023. There is potential to grow but you have to advocate for yourself and stay on top of your manager to make it happen. The only pro I can really think of is the benefits are top notch.

Cons

They want you to do a lot of busy work; they ask you to run at 100 mph, want things yesterday, and then the company pumps the breaks. There is a major lack of communication, or consistency with the communication. The commitment to diversity and inclusion is very surface level. They talk a big talk but there's no buy in from management; there are racial and gender bias left and right that they like to pretend doesn't happen.

Having fixed some of the legacy issues that had been accumulating for some time, we can now build for growth and begin to restore some of the pride in being part of NCC Group. Your comments about the quality of our communications are also acknowledged and again, it’s something we’re working to continuously improve. Regarding Inclusion and Diversity at NCC Group, committees are steered by fellow colleagues and all associated events put to leadership are signed off. We’re not always able to shout about the work we do in these areas as we need to be sensitive to those involved.
