Great place to learn... what to do and what not to do

NCC Group are great at developing their employees and giving young professionals a shot at roles which may require significantly more experience elsewhere. In some parts of the world (e.g. the Danish office, there was a true sense of unity, team spirit and family-feeling).

Cons

- Too many "yes-men". Senior leadership struggle to understand the underlying problems of the business as they are mostly told what they like to hear by their direct reports. - Too much politics, as a result of too many stakeholders with ability (and desire) to block progress for their own gain - Silos across departments and borders - some departments actively try to sabotage others - Culture of underpaying their people - resulting in employee churn and the hiring of people who are not qualified for the job at hand

Great for learning and could be a fantastic company.

Pros

Great for learning everything cyber. Lots of product lines and services. Great marketing team with lots of content to share. Staff are great and all want to work hard and better themselves. Potential to be a great company but dented by some of the decisions made. Some fantastic managers that I have learnt so much from. New CEO Mike Maddison seems great and looks like he is going to be great for the company which is exciting.

Cons

Company doesn't seem to know which way it wants to go with direction changing annually which doesn't allow teams to reach full potential. The higher ups (NOT Team Managers) don't take responsibility for anything and this ends up with colleagues taking the fall.
