Salary not competitive, no annual reviews, hardly any benefits. Staff given management titles lack people skills, unable to delegate tasks, micromanagement which is suffocating. No recognition unless you are part the elite group. Layoffs are concerning for job stability

Salary is good and the office is really nice

Cons

Let alot of sales people go during the pandemic and then advertised for there job straight after you are only given a handful of non spending accounts the rest is up to you and dont expect to make any comission for a while
