Management that cares for your well being and listens to feedback. Fair salary based on revenue size. Allows you to take on more opportunity and grow as fast and you can handle. Amazing hybrid model that does force you to come in weekly. Fantastic building. Executives are approachable, fair, and knowledgeable about our operating model. Always something new to learn. Stable company for job security. Just join us and stop wasting time already!

Slow. growth in position. Lots of gray area versus a tailored approach bad role. Management is working on enhancing this aspect.

Highly structured, nothing can be done outside of the rules. Go by your middle name? All documents will only have your first name and won't match your id, so your health insurance card won't match your license. The company always seems to be short on being fully staffed.
