Pros
If you want to sit at your desk all day writing Win32 C++, this will suit you. If you don't like talking to your colleagues, this will suit you. The company has clearly found a profitable niche, so it probably has good job security. I didn't stay long enough to find out.
Cons
CEO is clearly very focused on extracting maximum "productivity" from workers for as little pay as possible. "Bums in seats" management style, where if you're not actively writing code you're clearly not working. Don't go to the toilet for too long or you'll have to stay back. Don't take a walk to think about things, you'll have to stay back. My development system was terribly underspec'd, insufficient RAM meant Visual Studio would use pagefile constantly, and the system only had hard drive storage - no flash. Incredibly unresponsive. Don't forget to get to the office 5 minutes earlier than you would otherwise need to, because your PC will take 5 minutes to boot. Don't leave your PC on overnight, as the power bill will cost too much. The cherry on top is that they dogfood their employee watching program, FlexiServer, so you're always being watched. Don't slack off, boyo.
