Pros

Reasonably good pay master for the kind of job at all levels. Opportunity to work with world class engineers in UK, Israel and France given an opportunity

Cons

Organization is going through a systematic degradation process. Top 2-3 levels of leadership has reached the maximum level of in-competencies. Sad story for an organization that has so much potential and human capital.

Pros

Due to the numerous fields in which NDS is active, there are a lot of opportunities for open-minded, adaptable managers. The company is spread on many territories, making it a huge platform to relocate and learn from other cultural backgrounds. Proficient training is also provided. Project can be very ambitious thanks to the leading position of NDS company, and technical- as well as creative-minded people will find their place.

Cons

The mixing of very different cultures can be sometimes tricky, especially on large projects involving 200+ people. Some teams are more open and permeable to corporate policy than others, and objectives are sometimes left unaligned.
