      Pay is decent to start.

      Cons

      The SOP is limited for new employees. HR Business Partner negative comments about others while frequently proclaiming that we are a "family" is hypocrisy I couldn't stand. Why would I come to you with my concerns and needs with that type of unprofessional behavior.
