Exposure to good projects. Some equally stuck but talented teammates.

Cons

Too many to list. Lack of support, lack of growth, lack of empathy. Long hours are the norm, not the exception. You’re expected to keep pushing until you burn out. Concerns get deflected, not addressed—over time you start questioning yourself instead of the system. No real culture, just constant pressure. People are overworked, then replaced. At the end of the day, it’s clear: profit comes first, people don’t.
