Overall great company to work for!
Pros
NEOGOV has a great company and team culture. It's a pretty laid back environment but everyone works extremely hard. I am constantly amazed by my team's work ethic and their ability to continue to work hard even though such crazy times. Not only within our team but within the whole organization, there are open lines of communication creating a teamwork focused environment. Our Exec team has done a phenomenal job of keeping the company updated on anything COVID related as well as overall company objective, goals, and accomplishments, so we all feel in the know of what is going on at all times. NEOGOV is extremely supportive of career growth and really helps their employees achieve whatever career goal they have, whether it be getting promoted within the same team or switching to different departments. When we were in the office, we had the perks of a fully stocked kitchen, open floor plan which led to more collaboration, a fun game room, and more!
Cons
Standard growing pains for a company that grew really quickly in the past couple of years, so just playing catch up in some areas like resources.
