Pros

I love being able to work remotely! There are a lot of smart individuals who don't mind sharing knowledge. The NEOGOV Leadership team works very hard to communicate with us. It is very nice to have confidence in our leadership and job security. To hear genuine appreciation is important. We all work hard and it is nice to hear 'Thank You'! I am so happy to be a part of this amazing team!

Cons

We are very, which someti.es does not leave much room for preparation. A good con to have though!

Pros

Very relaxed culture with opportunity to learn about other departments. Good product and the employees are good people to work with.

Cons

There are significant clicks in the company. Benefits are not great. Many employees are over-worked, underpaid, and requested to work on projects that are outside of their job description without receiving additional comp. No bonus or stock incentives. No significant path for job advancement within the company.
