as an implementation consultant, my peers and managers were very supportive, kind, cooporative, sharp and hard working, professional, but also very approachable. there was always free lunch on fridays, then we got a lunch stipend when we wfh during covid. managers care about you and your success. lots of young energy and collaboration and support channels. unlimited pto perk, and no body sneered at you for taking time off. work life balance was good, and there were nice company events.

Cons

during my time, we were paid a little under market value, but they were rolling out better pay scales after i left so it is probably better now.

Cons

Toxic culture, management doesnt listen to new ideas and so sales stay stagnant, have to call the same TAM repeatedly which is bothersome to the prospects to hear from you after they've told you, "no" time and time again within the last 2-3 months. It's just a company ran by guys who ran another company together and there's any time numbers fell as a whole, they removed so many perks that made the job feel thankless, petty and obnoxious. Plus everyone there thinks they're a motivational speaker.
