Ok pay. NeoGov employees and management are, at their core, good people with integrity who honestly care about clients and each other and work hard. Overall, NeoGov is a good company with growing pains.

Hi! I worked for Neogov for about 9 months and I can say with confidence it has been the worst experience I’ve had with a company. I was told during the hiring process that moving up in the company was quite easy and that team environment was very important. However, my immediate managers had no training in managing a team or knew the system enough to provide assistance. During the last few months it became a very hostile work environment and there support or team work at all.My department was understaffed the 9 months I was there and there was no urgency to staff. Neogovs system constantly has bugs and it’s up to employees to handle upset callers with no support from management. Hard work wasn’t appreciated either. And there were always issues with requesting time off and being understaffed constantly. It was up to you to find someone to cover your shift. There is no diversity in this company and if you want to move up, you better buddy up with a manager and pray they want to move you up. And if you’re a girl, forget it! You’ll get stuck in the same position if you’re not the favorite to one of the managers. I started this job with so much hope and energy, by the end, I was miserable and hated going into the office.
