The overall structure and direction of the company is there. Remote wokr culture Flexibility. Mature & technically sound teams. High level of engineering & QA talent.

Cons

Too many processes. Can get overwhleming. PMO team has lot of adhoc work coming in that can easily be managed if planned ahead.
