Great environment if you like autonomy, transparency and a bit of a frugal mentality

Pros

Strong focus on accountability, numbers and results. Open structure, not much room for politics. Strong leadership.

Cons

Need to develop lowest management layer. Staff missed the company bonus for a year which everyone suffers from but can't always influence.
