Pros
Dynamic fast paced, high energy, results oriented company. compensation package very good Great place to gain experience lean organization where low performers get weeded out quickly most teams work very well together, strong bonds within some of the functions.
Cons
It's a tough business, with low margins so company runs very lean They thrive on being thrifty, and this mentally gets old after a while. work life balance is out of whack for most; not in all groups. biggest problem is "it's never enough.: Regardless if you produce 100% of what you were asked, the attitude is but where's the 110%? This style doesn't motivate because you can't win.
