Cons
Poor sales compensation, in-fact terrible. No incentive to sell. The CEO thinks that everyone must think it's a privilege to work at the company, when let's face it, if you're in sales, you're there to make money. CEO gets involved in everything and slows/hinders deals. The management below him are all too scared to voice their own opinions and all bow to him, as a result nothing changes.

None. Might make a good movie about how bad decision making, toxic culture, compromised and broken people, and poor leadership decisions can destroy a company.
Cons
NETSCOUT is like a corporate horror movie. Too much corrupt leadership to advance, too little sincere effort to change. Overrun by bad and broken people, (good people are silenced), failed leadership, some execs married to each other only looking out for themselves, harassment - and other violations, slander, mobbing … Stakeholders should notice. Active mousetraps under employees desks to catch infestation of mice. Should have tried to stop infestation of bad people. Some execs rumored to be senile, enjoy pitting people against each other for fun. Legislators and others watching.

Senior leadership refuses to evolve the business post century with prison like attendance checks and very questionable HR policies regarding remote working (different standards for different teams and employee levels).

Completely toxic environment. Senior leadership has double standards, treats others disrespectfully, psychologically abusive at times and promotes a culture of belittling others. Groups are unable to collaborate and as a result the organization is suffering.
