Pros
Lots of travel and can feel rewarding at times. Most company staff are amazing.
Cons
Main office staff and some crew members can be very childish about show assignments. They will block you from jumping on another show if you are not one of their favorites. Most long time crew members are the hind picked suck ups to the upper managers and do the least on tour but will cry to production crew how they are being wronged.

Pros
You'll get to perform in some of the best venues with some incredible people on the creative team.
Cons
A typical schedule can mean one day off every 3-4 months, and musicians will always be at the bottom of the totem pole. I have worked for NETworks for years and feel incredibly under appreciated. Extra calls, added rehearsals, and the expectation to never call out will run you into the ground and spark burn out.
